Its underwater hull cleaning capability goes up to 2.500 m2/h in stripes of 1.30m at a speed of 50 m. per minute, depending on the fouling type.
This means that a loaded 150,000 DWT SUEZMAX can be cleaned in ONLY 12 hours.

Our 2nd Generation hull cleaning Brush-Kart with a suction force exceeding 700 kg. Its brushes clamp tightly on the hull for thorough and effective cleaning action, while the brush bristles remain vertical, ensuring penetration without scratching the paint coating.

A hull cleaning machine made for divers by divers
During the hull cleaning process, it is highly important for the diver to be equipped with all the necessary comfort, provided by the specialized equipment they use. Thus, the 2nd Generation Brush-Kart, designed by divers, who acquire the professional knowledge of the underwater hull cleaning process, is exceptionally easy to use.
It doesn’t require any extra effort by the diver, since it’s extremely hydrodynamic and well balanced with 4 center-lined wheels, self-propelled and easily directed by the steering wheel and the speed control valve, eliminating also the effort of repositioning. Moreover, the diver was always direct visual control of the hull cleaning process even in waters with low visibility conditions, thanks to the specially designed mount-control position.

Safety
Our hull cleaning equipment has positive buoyancy. In case of any contingency or emergency situation the 2nd Generation Brush kart has the required positive buoyancy in order to flow to the surface (waterline).
The 2nd Generation Brush kart has the appropriate hydrodynamic canopy that covers all the hydraulic hoses in order to protect the user-diver from any harm and eliminate the risk of any entanglement.

a. Warranty: L.I. DIVING STATUS CY will guarantee and will warrant new equipment with the following conditions.
i. Brand New - 1 year, guarantee period starting from the date of commissioning. Any defect arising during this period due to bad design or poor workmanship to be fixed or parts to be replaced free of charge
ii. L.I. DIVING STATUS CY guarantee flow of spare parts and special tools for at least 10 years min.
b. Tested: All equipment is tested underwater for 1 time and after that it is washed carefully with fresh water
c. Third Party Audit: is excluded and can be quoted upon request.
