Its underwater hull cleaning capability goes up to 2.500 m2/h in stripes of 1.30m at a speed of 50 m. per minute, depending on the fouling type.
This means that a loaded 150,000 DWT SUEZMAX can be cleaned in ONLY 12 hours.

During the hull cleaning process, it is highly important for the diver to be equipped with all the necessary comfort, provided by the specialized equipment they use. Thus, the 2nd Generation Brush-Kart, designed by divers, who acquire the professional knowledge of the underwater hull cleaning process, is exceptionally easy to use.
It doesn’t require any extra effort by the diver, since it’s extremely hydrodynamic and well balanced with 4 center-lined wheels, self-propelled and easily directed by the steering wheel and the speed control valve, eliminating also the effort of repositioning. Moreover, the diver was always direct visual control of the hull cleaning process even in waters with low visibility conditions, thanks to the specially designed mount-control position.

Safety
Our hull cleaning equipment has positive buoyancy. In case of any contingency or emergency situation the 2nd Generation Brush kart has the required positive buoyancy in order to flow to the surface (waterline).
The 2nd Generation Brush kart has the appropriate hydrodynamic canopy that covers all the hydraulic hoses in order to protect the user-diver from any harm and eliminate the risk of any entanglement.
